Component Description

• Blue six-axis articulated industrial robot arm: fitted with a laser cleaning head at the end effector, it automatically follows programmed trajectories to complete cleaning operations on complex curved surfaces.
• Black laser cleaning head (end effector): emits laser energy to ablate / vaporize rust, paint and oxide layers, with built-in dust and fume extraction ports.
• Wheeled cabinet on the left: laser generator unit (branded “DA PENG LASER 400-900-9228”), featuring a water- or air-cooled laser source.
• Teach pendant (middle): robot programming hand-held controller used to set cleaning paths and process parameters.
• Blue cabinet at the bottom: robot control cabinet that drives the six-axis motion.
