Introduction
This is the protective lens of a laser welding machine, installed inside the laser head. It transmits laser while blocking metal spatter, fumes and contaminants generated during welding, protecting internal precision optical components like the focusing lens. It is a consumable part that needs timely replacement when soiled or damaged.

3 Installation Precautions: Turn off the exhaust before installation. Remove the lens and seal the lens mounting port with adhesive tape. Switch off the laser power supply and keep the equipment in standby status. Prevent dust from entering the interior. Check that the surface of the newly installed lens is free of scratches.

Installation Precautions: Installation must be carried out in a dust-free and wind-free area to prevent dust ingress.
